Since entering the lighting industry in 2002, I have dedicated 23 years to quietly advancing global lighting brands. Recalling my first trip to Milan in 2017, I was struck by the overwhelming presence of European and American brands, yet saw little representation of Chinese innovation. A fire ignited within me, and a voice called out: “Let Chinese lighting brands shine on this global stage too!”
On my birthday in 2018, “GUOCIO” was born—not just as a business or a dream, but as a mission.
I am acutely aware of the challenges ahead. Yet, with craftsmanship that blends art and ingenuity into every lamp, we aim to illuminate the world and warm hearts. Grateful and globally minded, we embrace humility and compassion, crafting exceptional lighting to “light homes with love” and propel Chinese modern lighting onto the world stage, forging a legacy that endures for centuries.
